1: Go download ADOBE FLEX's TAGLIB for JSP.
2: extract the downloaded file, there are two JAR files.
The flex-bootstrap-jsp.jar copied to the WEB-INF/lib folder.
The flex-webtier-jsp.jar copy WEB-INF/flex/jars folder.
3: Adding in the WEB.XML
<taglib-uri> FlexTagLib </ taglib-uri>
<taglib-location> / WEB-INF/lib/flex-bootstrap-jsp.jar </ taglib-location>
4: If the SERVER open, then restart.
5: JSP file can be written in FLEX code!

The original can be used this way, had previously been loaded with dynamic js swf, and then pass parameters to the swf, and swf and js json format used to exchange data.

Download: FlexModule_j2ee.zip this zip there are a lot of flex + j2ee develop the required packages.
